Poster Submission Guidelines and Measurements

Poster presenters should prepare their posters following these guidelines.

  1. Poster size:
    • All posters must be in portrait format (38.1 width x 54.2 height in cm)/ width x 38.1 height, single page)
    • The minimum font size of 16 points
    • The maximum file size is 40 MB
    • A1 size
  2. Font size should be large to enable easy reading. Recommended minimum font size of 24 points.
  3. Posters should include the following details:
    • The Conference Logo
    • Title
    • Authors name, affiliation, email address
    • Graphics and text needed to convey the main message for the presentation
  4. Poster Presentation formats (In person): (1-hour poster viewing sessions) (Physical only).
  5. Submit the Soft copy of your poster to complete the participation requirements in 2nd – 25th May 2023 Extended to (30th May 2023) (Closed). via the below form
  6. Don’t forget to bring your poster “ hard copy” along with you to the conference.
